Oil Monoprint
SPRING IS HERE!!!! It seems like a long wait for Spring in Garrett County. The very first sign that it is really Spring is when our pond melts and goes from white to a gorgeous green. When we returned home from Cleveland yesterday I was thrilled to see a green pond in front of our house . The winter has afforded me a lot of time to play around with stuff in the studio. I was working with water soluable oil paints one day and came out with this rather abstract forest kind of piece. I love the fact that the trees (are they really trees?) were made with a credit card. (It is probably a better use of the credit card that how I usually use it.) I really like this one, for some crazy reason.
